The Couch to CrossFit program is the perfect beginning to your new, healthy life. The 21 day program includes 2 weeks of specially designed workouts for someone who wants to get started. The third week is an introduction to our CrossFit classes.

Want to lose weight, gain confidence, get healthy and fit. This is the perfect place to start.
